School To Success Training System
The School To Success Training System McCutcheon Research Global has created and designed a training system to help parents, counselors, schools, and organizations with the care-giver's task. Erik Erikson defined the care-giver's mission as that of assisting 12-19 year old's in developing independence from their parents and resolving confusion about roles and occupation, to prepare them for a successful life after high school.

Dr. Moses McCutcheon, Jr., Ed.D. has received many awards for his school to success work. With a doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University and more than 27 years of experience as an educator, trainer, and personnel management analyst, Dr. McCutcheon is a certified Life and Career Guidance Coach/Consultant and Certified Motivational Seminar Leader. The School To Success Academy for Career Guidance was created for parents with children ages 12-18. We specialize in teaching students (youth and Adults) how to choose a college major or trade and career.

What We Offer to Students?
We offer College Prep. Counseling & Career Guidance to youth and high school graduates between the ages of 12-19. This training ensures college and career success through goal setting, planning strategies, and better understanding their abilities and talents. We also offer financial training to lay a strong foundation for the future. We start working with students in middle school and follow them through high school, college, or trade school into adult life and beyond. Our goal is to guide them to be their own success story. While preparing them for the career of their dreams.
During these years, it is crucial that they make good decisions for their future. Otherwise, they could end up undecisive in college, spend thousands of dollars on an education they didn't need, and graduate with a degree they will never use. Then they could up paying off large college debts with interest for decades with a low paying job. I have seen so many take the wrong path in college and it changed the course of their entire future.
By offering these training courses, I have had the joy of watching my students excel to new heights, reach for higher goals, and have successful careers because of the counseling and guidance they received.
